Singapore Fellowship Grant from Asian Civilisations Museum
Job Description: The Asian Civilizations Museum (ACM) in Singapore invited the researchers specializing in Buddhist art, Indian Trade Textiles or request a fellowship of 12 months. Applications will be reviewed by a panel of eminent researchers and will be administered by the Unit of Research and Publications (UTD) of ACM.
The fellowships were first offered in 2009. They are expected to generate a comprehensive study of literature and thought leading publications on aspects of Asian cultures. This is in line with the objective of the CMA to be a center of research in Asian cultures and arts. Since opening to the Empress Place in 2003, the CMA has established its reputation on the international scene for its museum and gallery exhibitions of excellent exhibitions. The CMA is committed to developing its research potential in the field of Asian archeology, art history and material culture in order to become the regional hub synonymous with excellent research and publications in the field.
